Who Are We

We are a small but growing group of people who enjoy making an open, friendly and good product. We believe that a business with happy staff members is a business with happy customers. Therefore we've created an employee shift scheduling solution that creates a bridge between staff members and their managers, enabling both side to specify their requests, communicate, and be heard. We have great plans on how to grow this product, and provide more tools to make team successful.

	Tzur Keren, CEO & Organizational Behavior Expert Tzur brings 15+ years of experience in the area of Human Dimension analysis and team work optimization. As the head of the IDF’s Military Psychology Center, he was able to achieve great results in terms of improving the efficiency, coherency and efficacy of teams, reduced the levels of drop-out from battle units, provided the mental training for the Gaza disengagement, and more. Tzur holds a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences and an M.A. in Labor Studies.
	Golan Derazon, VP R&D Golan brings with him many years of experience in developing front-end to enterprise applications in companies such as 3Com, P-Cube, Mercury (before it was acquired by HP). After leaving Mercury, Golan served as VP of R&D at AquaSoft, which he left to found Otipo. Golan holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
	Michal Beraze, Sales and Customer Relations Manager Michal’s experience working in a call-center, and managing teams and operations, as well as working with Otipo’s customers, have familiarized her with the mind set of these businesses, from both the employees’ and the shift scheduler’s points of view. Michal holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from Academic College of Tel Aviv and a Graduate Certificate of Accounting and Finance from University of Technology, Sydney.
	Michal Shor, Product Manager Michal makes Otipo the solution of choice for our customers, translating customers requests and usage into new features that save time and improve the way you work with Otipo. Using her experience in implementation, assimilation and training of complex IT systems for non-technological users, Michal is able to define an intuitive front-end for the sophisticated underlying technology that runs Otipo. 	Shay Mandel, Partner Shay has 15+ years of experience in Software-as-a-Service software development. He worked as a Chief Architect of Quality Center (Mercury’s flagship with $200M+ in yearly revenues), and as a Program Manager in Microsoft India, familiarizing himself with the Indian market. Shay holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems from Israel’s Technion, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
