Tzur brings 15+ years of experience in the area of Human Dimension analysis and team work optimization.
As the head of the IDF’s Military Psychology Center, he was able to achieve great results in terms of improving the efficiency, coherency and efficacy of teams, reduced the levels of drop-out.
Tzur holds a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences and an M.A. in Labor Studies.
Golan brings with him many years of experience in developing front-end to enterprise applications in companies such as 3Com, P-Cube, and Mercury (before it was acquired by HP).
After leaving Mercury, Golan served as VP of R & D at AquaSoft, which he left to found Otipo.
Golan holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
Michal’s experience working in a call center, and managing teams and operations (not to mention Otipo’s customers), have familiarized her with the mind set of these businesses, from the perspectives of both employees and management.
Michal holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from Academic College of Tel Aviv and a Graduate Certificate of Accounting and Finance from University of Technology, Sydney.
Michal makes Otipo the solution of choice for our customers, translating customers requests and usage into new features that save time and improve the way you work with Otipo.
Using her experience in implementation, assimilation and training of complex IT systems for non-technological users, Michal is able to define an intuitive front-end for the sophisticated underlying technology that runs Otipo.
